Welcome to my blog that's purpose is to chronicle my fitness and health journey. I am a mother, sister, aunt, daughter and elementary school principal--and yoga addict. My life is crazy with 3 kids, a career and all of the other things that fill women's lives. My fitness quest is intended to make me healthier, happier and to prolong my life. My family likes me more when I've been exercising, I'm much easier to live with! In case you haven't noticed, while I take fitness and the journey seriously, I'm also not afraid to laugh at myself and my foibles. Life is too short to take it all so seriously.
